I am a team of one doing art on the side so art can take 2-5 weeks to complete depending on my current demand. This is subject to change but the usual timing. Printing & shipping after approval can take up to two weeks. This is a slow process as I am an independent artist doing this on the side.

I will respond as soon as I can, but if it takes a week or so to get a response, it’s because I have an influx of orders or something in my personal life. I appreciate your patience! If you haven’t heard back in a week feel free to send a follow up email to make sure I received.

When art is purchased my site will automatically send you a confirmation email. You can reply to that with the photo you want draw/instructions, or seperately email them with your order number to hi@shopsobriquet.com.

It may take a week to hear back from me as I am managing all orders without any help.

I will send the artwork proof over for approval once complete, and you can make 3 minor revisions total. Art will not be mailed out until artwork file has been approved. You will receive an email with USPS tracking once art has been shipped. If art arrives damaged or appears to be lost in the mail, let me know asap.

Revisions will take 2-10 days to receive, again depending on how many orders I am managing, subject to change.

Once art has been started/sent for approval art cannot be canceled or refunded, as my time and effort has already gone into the project.

Please make sure you look at the artwork examples before purchasing. My artwork style is not meant to be realistic, and is sketchy, messy, effortles and chic.

This especially applies to the Doodle & Sketchy portraits which are extra messy, as shown in example images and before/afters.
